  • Whipped Goat Cheese: 150 g soft goat cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk or cream, freshly ground black pepper
  • Platter Accompaniments: 1 cup baby arugula or microgreens, 1 handful radishes, thinly sliced, 1 small cucumber, sliced, edible flowers (optional for garnish), rustic crackers or crostini
